I have a total wide array of experiences in many, many industries that have helped thriving entrepreneurs, established business owners, and even start-ups! I am a very outgoing people person with excellent problem-solving skills. I neatly manage to create universally pleasing policies, strategies, and ideas using the best that every person and/or company I work with has to offer.

I specialize in virtual business operations, including, customer service, marketing, and sales, business consulting and I have a natural talent for persuasion. I am often able to help solve customer complaints in a way that makes them think even more favorably of the company than they did before the problem arose. My creative strategies of seeing every problem from other points of view allow me to be able to analyze and eliminate every obstacle to the sale, creating a win/win situation for all involved.

I am a graduate of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment and Business, which gives me a wide range of skills, experience, and knowledge to assist in my virtual business management and assisting career.
